We have been quoted 3 and 4 times more than your price. How do you provide this training at such a low price
Red Admiral is run by Nick Clark a 5 decades fire professional and he presents most of the training himself. Therefore there are no staff salaries and no other overheads to pass to the client. That exactly how.
How long do the courses Last ?
From 1 ½ to 3 ½ hours depending on the course.
Is the training expensive?
No its not expensive, a face to face course for a group of up to 12 employees is just £195.00 fully inclusive
Regarding the Residential Care Sector do you include Progressive Horizonal Evacuation
Indeed we do. We have a wealth of experience in the residential and health care sector and this method is always included when ever requested
Does the course have to be paid for up front ?
No, the client is invoiced once the course has been delivered.
How long does it take before we receive the certificates
The certificates are sent via first class post as soon as the invoice has been settled.
Do you charge a cancellation fee.
No
Do I have to send my staff to you or will someone come to our location ?
We bring the whole course to your location.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes, a serial numbered certificate with a raised seal is produced for each attendee. These are sent on to the course organiser . We also provide a certificate naming the organisation and listing all of the delegates present on the course.
Do your trainers have a current clear DBS ?
Yes.
Is there a test at the end of any of the courses?
No, there are no tests unless the organiser requests one, then we would arrange a short multi choice assessment.
Do you give a hand out with the information ?
We do issue a hand out of course slides, but rather than giving printed copies we prefer to send the organiser a pdf file as an email attachment to distribute to the attendees as this is more environmentally friendly.
Is there any age limit ?
No age limit, we deliver courses to all ages.
Do you offer open courses
At the moment no, we dont offer open courses. If we find there is a demand for this then we will offer it.
Would I be able book a course for a Saturday or Sunday ?
Yes you would, we understand that for certain sectors it is difficult for an organisation to have their staff in a course during peak business times, so we are happy to arrange a course for the organiser to take place on a weekend or evening.
Will we need any special equipment or protective clothing for the course?
None required....come as you are, pencil and pad my be handy for note taking.
